1. What This Protection Covers
Shipping protection is an optional service available at checkout that protects your order against common shipping risks, including:
- Package loss
- Shipping-related damage
- Unexpected delivery delays
It offers a faster, more direct compensation process without long courier investigations.

With shipping protection, you get:

A small fee at checkout protects your entire order.
3. The Three Core Protections
Package Loss
Your order is considered lost when:
- Domestic orders show no delivery or tracking updates for 30+ days
- Cross-border orders show no updates for 60+ days
- Or the carrier confirms the package as lost
Compensation:
Up to 100% of the product value
(excluding shipping fees and protection cost)
Shipping Damage
If your scooter is damaged during transportation:
- Submit the claim within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of outer packaging and demaged product
Compensation:
Partial or full refund depending on damage severity.
Delivery Delay
If the delivery takes longer than expected:
- Domestic orders: not delivered within 10 days after shipment
- Cross-border orders: not delivered within 30 days
Compensation:
Fixed delay compensation provided by Seel.
Delay compensation does not affect future loss or damage claims.

Submitting a claim takes only a few minutes:

- Enter your order details
- Choose the issue type
- Upload supporting photos or documents
- Submit the claim
Most claims are reviewed within a few business days.
