My first premium scooter type I love it more power than you need and it does extremely well with rough city terrain like pot holes curbs and small debris and customer service is very helpful 👌 and it looks amazing as well nice work !! Thank you for a well built product 🙏🏻

It has exceeded my expectations in most ways. Charges faster and battery lasts longer then thought. One issue the screen is not great quality use the app. Besides that very happy with scooter.

I originally ordered a motor that was damaged by FedEx. I was so upset, thinking I’d be stuck dealing with FedEx and fighting to get it resolved—but Circooter had my back. Without any issues, their support team sent me a replacement right away. I’m beyond impressed with their service!

Best value and good for heavier riders
My scooter is 2 years old and had been sitting idle for the last 10-12 months. Although it was functioning fine, I lost about 50% of the battery capacity. I order and replaced the battery and now of 100% of my battery and range back! Install was extremely easy with the video that the support group supplied.
This is a fantastic scooter that performs better than I imagined. It's a head turner.

Pros: This is my 4th Circooter brand scooter. Two years ago I purchased 2 Raptors, then a Raptor Pro last year, and now the Cruiser Pro. The suspension is fantastic and the pneumatic tires help absorb the road vibrations much better than the solid tires on the Raptors. The suspension is so smooth and has lots of travel and is adjustable. Very comfortable ride! The display screen is bright and can easily be seen even in bright daylight. Even though the tires are noisy at higher speeds, I love the 11" tires. I am 6'2", 240lb. This scooter still gets me going about 38 mph and battery life is about 20 miles riding hard pulling my heavy butt around. My wife who is half my weight, can get about 30 miles. The hydraulic brakes work great and a big upgrade over the mechanical disc brakes. The headlight is super bright and very solid. The beam does not vibrate onto the pavement like the Raptors do. Huge props to the solid headlight. Nice wide deck - can stand with both of my size 13 shoes side by side. Very solid scooter! I have two complaints. The first is a serious safety issue: THIS SCOOTER NEEDS A STEERING DAMPER!!!!! Full speed on this Cruiser Pro and the steering becomes EXTREMELY sketchy. Very bad steering wobble at full speed. I did reach out to Circooter support about this, and they responded saying they would forward my suggestion to their Engineering team. Second complaint is very minor. I wish you could control the flashing lights. They are nice, but you cannot set them to a certain color. They automatically cycle through a bunch of colors and patterns. Overall, this is the best scooter you can buy at this price point. Very solid choice. You will not be disappointed. If this is your first scooter I would start with the LandTurbo Pro. My review would immediately change to 5 stars if they provide the much needed steering damper. This would make it the perfect scooter.
